Zombie Rollerz Arcade: Pinball Warriors app is a Commercial app developed by Firefly Games. This SERVICE is provided by Firefly Games and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

Information Collection and Use

This game is intended to be enjoyed as part of the broader Apple Arcade ecosystem, and as such no personally identifiable information is collected. We collect game save data on your progress through the game which may include the following: current level, current hero, unlocked skills, unlocked special abilities, current coins, and other game state information and stores it on Apple services iCloud. Achievements are stored on the Game Center. Only you can see data stored on iCloud. Neither we nor other users may access or view such data. If you do not want iCloud to store the data set forth above, you may disable these features in the settings on your device by disabling iCloud for our app and Game Center. If you do, all data will be stored only on your device, and you will not be able to share your progress between your devices. Should you wish to delete data stored on iCloud, you may do so at any time. Should you do so, any game progress stored there will be lost. We do not store personal or gameplay data on our servers. We do not share any data with third parties. We collect, use, and disclose non-personally identifiable information from underage players in the same way as for other players, as described in this policy. That is to say, no personally identifiable data of any kind, and the only data that is collected (game state data as listed above) is limited to your personal iCloud storage and is not accessible by anyone at Firefly Games or other users.

Log Data, Errors, and UID

We want to inform you that because personally identifiable information is not collected for this app, it may not always be possible to reproduce end-user errors that some players may experience. Typically an app would collect “Log Data”, including such information relevant to a given error such as your device’s Unique Identification (UID). This data would give a detailed account of in-game events that occur leading up to the error experienced by the player. Without the collection of this Log Data, reproduction of errors may not be perfect. We think this is an okay trade-off for players enjoying Apple Arcade games to know that their information is secure because we simply do not have it.

Some examples of how we may use your information are: to register your account, to collect payments, to inform you of updates to games you're playing or to other games, to notify you of special promotions and to provide customer support.
